Don't Drink Your Calories!

Soda, Coffee, Alcohol, Juice can all be very deceiving in the amount of calories that you are cosuming.  When you drink your calories, your body has a harder time registering calories the same way as solid foods.  Sugar drinks are strongly associated with obesity.  Drink the water or seltzer!
