Thanksgiving Feast or Bloat?

Thanksgiving is next week- WHOA! If you have been marching steadily along with your nutritional plans and exercise don't let this holiday season derail you. Like most Americans you are probably planning on meeting with family and friends and pigging out. I know, I know, its only one day but depending on how much you pack away you could be putting down as much as 4500 calories! Let me give you my quick list: turkey, ham, roll, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, glazed carrots. cranberry sauce, eggnog, wine, cheesecake, apple crisp, pumpkin pie, apple pie, and pecan pie Eat all that and you put away over 4500 calories in one meal!
