3 Foods I Eat EVERYDAY and WHY!

I get asked this question a lot. There are so many foods that I LOVE but I narrowed my list down to a critical 3 plus a bonus that I just can't live without!

Homemade Protein Balls:

Protein balls are easy to pre-make, take on the go, don't melt in the car, and pack a punch on calories and protein. 1 ball can have as much as 150 calories and 10g of protein! That is just amazing!

Spinach:

Spinach is packed with iron and as a pescatarian who is allergic to legumes I struggle with getting enough iron. The other benefit of eating a bag of spinach a day is that I get plenty of calcium, magnesium and fiber!

Blueberries:

Blueberries are packed with antioxidants which help protect cells from free radicals. Blueberries seem to also help prevent cognitive decline and help me maintain youthful skin!

Sunflower Seeds:

Sunflower seeds protein a vital source of protein for this mostly non-meat eater. Seeds also provide anti-inflammatory response which is very helpful to exercise recovery.

So how do I eat all these foods each day? Simple!

Protein Ball for breakfast

Spinach/Berry Smoothie for Lunch

Salad with Sunflower Seeds for Dinner!

I think of food as a way to heal the body and it has changed how I eat immensely. By no means am I perfect but I do make informed choices about where my food is sourced, what is going to do and why I am eating it.

The “Ready to Party -- SAG-AFTRA LA Host Committee” event truly highlights the unity and celebration of creativity within the entertainment industry. It’s inspiring to see professionals from all areas of film and television come together to connect and celebrate their craft. Events like this not only strengthen community bonds but also encourage collaboration and artistic growth. It reminds me of authors like Stanley Paden, whose work reflects the same dedication to storytelling and creative expression that such gatherings celebrate.

Really enjoyed your article it offers a clear and engaging look into how personal habits and everyday food choices shape our health journey. I recently had an online exam on nutrition and lifestyle behaviors, and in that prep I discovered how working with book editors near me can mirror the nurturing of ideas and structure both in writing and well-being.

What an exciting event! Jane Austin Unscripted at the Garry Marshall Theatre sounds like a must-see for fans of classic literature and live theatre. It’s inspiring to see stories brought to life in such a creative way. For anyone looking to capture their own compelling stories, hiring a business book ghostwriter can be just as transformative in turning ideas into polished, engaging narratives.

I just read your post about the foods you eat daily and loved how you connected each choice to a bigger picture of wellness. The way you talked about sustaining energy and clarity really resonated with me. It even made me reflect on how easy it can be to say take my online exam for me when things pile up, instead of stepping back and taking care of the fundamentals. Thanks for sharing those life lessons through everyday routines.

I really appreciated how your post dives into simple, everyday choices and how they build up over time. It reminded me that managing major tasks whether it's nutrition, fitness, or studying often comes down to consistent effort. As a student juggling multiple responsibilities, I’ve caught myself thinking about using an IoT assignment service just to keep up. But reading reflections like yours helps me remember that the real growth comes from showing up and doing the work personally.
