Get Some Vitamin D Most of us spend our time in front of screen in a box all day and have limited exposure to the sun therefore limiting our time to soak up Vitamin D. Vitamin D is vital for bone health, strength, reducing depression symptoms, and lowering the risk of cancers. How much time you need in the sun and if you need a supplement gets very complicated. Drink The Water Try to drink 16oz of water 30 minutes before each meal. Other drinks don't count just water! This will help you eat fewer calories and help to lose weight!

Go to Bed Already! Not getting enough rest can make it very hard for your body to recover, recharge, and regenerate. Most importantly you just can't catch up on the weekends- that's always my plan (sigh). Not sleeping enough is linked to insulin resistance, hormone inconsistency, and reducing your physical and mental performance. It is one of the biggest factors in weight gain and obesity.
