WEEK 2: Go forth and be kind. Do that random thing for someone. Take it up a notch for yourself- For example, I have paid for people behind me in the tolls, coffee, etc so I am going to ramp it up this week and really go for it. Not sure what I am going to do but I am going to step out of my comfort zone. WHY? Doing good for others boosts our own happy chemicals and makes us for good about ourselves even if it never gets appreciated back.
